Class Deposits and Payments
Class deposits may reserve a seat and may be non-refundable when MI Marksmen has held capacity, prepared materials, scheduled instructors, or incurred processing costs. Full payment or balance-due requirements may vary by class.
Customer Cancellation
If you need to cancel, contact MI Marksmen as early as possible. Refund eligibility may depend on timing, class type, seat availability, materials already prepared, payment processor fees, and whether the seat can be filled.
Rescheduling
MI Marksmen may allow a student to transfer to a future class when space is available. Transfer eligibility may depend on notice given, class capacity, instructor availability, and prior transfers.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Students who do not attend, arrive too late to safely or legally complete class requirements, or fail to bring required documents or equipment may forfeit payments or be required to register again.

MI Marksmen may cancel or reschedule a class due to safety concerns, weather, instructor illness, facility issues, low enrollment, emergency conditions, or operational needs. Weapon customization, consultation, optic/sight setup, maintenance guidance, private lessons, group training, and similar services may use quote-specific payment and cancellation terms. Work should not begin until the quote terms are accepted and any required payment is received.
Processing Fees
Payment processor fees, chargeback fees, rush fees, and administrative costs may be non-refundable when permitted by law and clearly applicable.
